Add oil according to the lubrication regulations, check whether the oil quantity and oil pressure of the oil cup and oil pool are normal, whether the oil circuit is smooth, and keep the lubrication. The system is clean and well lubricated.

 

Third, before working, check whether the hydraulic system of the machine tool operates normally, whether the hydraulic pressure meets the requirements, and whether the hydraulic oil circuit is smooth.

 

The fourth generation, before the start-up, check the safety protection device and surrounding environment of all parts, whether the limit switch of moving parts is in good condition, whether it is smooth and flexible within the range of travel, and whether there are obstacles, so as to ensure that the machine tool has a good safety state.

 

Fifthly, before working, check whether the handle position of the spindle box and gearbox is normal, whether there is abnormal sound in the test run, whether the sliding surface of each guide rail is damaged, whether the speed control is sensitive and reliable, whether the motor operation and grounding device are normal and good.

It is not allowed to put any part of the body close to rotating or moving parts to prevent the occurrence of machine damage and personal injury accidents.

When loading and unloading workpieces, the safety spreader must be selected according to the shape and weight of the workpiece
