The unfolding of bending parts is relatively simple. According to the formula, it can be calculated according to the neutral layer length of the product. However, the coefficient of neutral layer may vary from plant to plant, but the difference is not significant. When designing the die, it is better to make a group of punch deblocking female die of punching and cutting products into separate ones, which is convenient for trial die production and tool shifting.

Compared with the figure below, it is recommended to use the external software presscad (some companies have developed some lisp, which is also very useful)

The later modification depends on the trial die for many times, resulting in higher time cost and mold cost. In this case, DYNAFORM, AutoForm and other anti fidelity software are recommended.
In particular, some plastic, die-casting parts and other requirements, and can not be cut after stretching products, using these anti-counterfeiting software is more accurate. This kind of software is more powerful in that it can simulate the drawing process, analyze the change of material thickness, and find out the existing or potential risk points of tensile crack, so that it can be repeatedly modified and the most reasonable scheme can be found before drawing the die. As shown in the figure below, the red dot is the R position with more thinning.
